Almost 6 weeks, spotting/cramping

Spotting and cramping since yesterday possibly because I have extremely low progesterone. I’m very nervous and thought I should just take some tests today and tests again in 48 hrs if nothing significant happens before then. Praying these aren’t the last of my positives 😞🙏❤️
