ICSI with TESE for Male Factor Infertility?
Hello,
My partner has very low sperm count, 0% motility and 0% viability so we are pursing TESE (surgical sperm extraction from the testicles) timed with my all freeze IVF cycle (Hopefully Jan/Feb 2016).
They will do ICSI (sperm injection into the egg) then screen using PGD because chromosomal abnormalities are more common in azoospermia and necrospermia.
Has anyone else gone through this process?
