Diet recommendations to keep UTI at bay??
I am going through my second SUPER fun UTI in the past two months. So far the docs mostly say “Yeah, there’s really no way to prevent UTI’s”. Wanted to know if avoiding certain foods or adding certain foods to your diet really helps? I started taking the AVO cranberry vitamins 🤞🏼 would love any other suggestions. I am 16 weeks pregnant and am dreading going through the rest of this pregnancy with a UTI every month 😅
