Pregnancy after mc

So I’m curious to know what you guys think . I just got my bfp after my missed miscarriage 3 months ago . At the time I was supposed to be 9 weeks but saw the baby last at 7 weeks so not sure when the heart beat stopped anyways you know how They say you show faster with your second pregnancy does that count for mc too. Obviously you don’t grow a bump until much farther along but last time I was pretty bloated and big but this time I’m way earlier and my stomach is so bloated already I feel like I have to suck it in but can’t hahaha
