Just wondering maybe tmi to some

So last night I got really bad heartburn started to get really nauseous and started vomiting and having stomach pain kinda like when you have the stomach flu and your stomach hurts but it came and went and I felt pressure like I had to poop but nothing happened this morning I'm no longer nauseous or having any pain but don't have an appetite and i have diahrrea it also feels as if my lady bits are very wet not in a horny way but just like there is fluid sitting in there and I'm not sure but baby seems to be very low because my hips and thighs and lower back just ache and feel different what could this be Is it maybe the start of labor or baby and my body getting ready for it and I just have to deal till I go into actual labor or a mild case of stomach flu I just don't know
