I’ve been having painful contractions tonight and half asleep I swear I felt something pop. Amniotic fluid with meconium?? Or just lots of discharge and pee? I stood up to go to the RR and a flow started coming out but then I just started peeing. 40+2 wks

It could definitely be your water. And while color can be difficult with those diapers, that color is concerning for meconium… I would go in and get checked out.
