Chest vs upright deep freezer for breast milk storage

We’re planning to purchase a deep freezer for the garage as our typical indoor freezer is maxed out and opened frequently. I’m super torn between a chest or upright… any thoughts?

Chest: Stays colder, less cold loss when opening it, harder to reach into (and I’m short!), and harder to organize.

Upright: More cold loss with frequent opening/closing, more convenient to organize and store.

I realistically would store up to a couple months of breast milk at a time with the hopes of breastfeeding until about 1 year old (first son made it to 11 months). We’re hoping/planning for one more kiddo down the line, so it would be used again for them at some point, but it would be nice if it could be repurposed as a regular freezer too.
