Hi everyone im 18 weeks , is anyone experiencing vaginal pain/pressure as well?

Spoke to midwife and maternity triage who have said its normal in pregnancy but im like really worroed that they wont check me . They said it sounds fine and it happens. They said they will only book me in if i have bleeding but wont it be tooo late by then?? 
I just need to know if it REALLY is normal???

I’m 17 weeks and feel constant pressure and tightening. I felt this with my last pregnancy as well, but seems like it came earlier this time. 
My babies just like to sit really low, so your probably dealing with the same thing. I find doing keggals really help me.

I'm 18+6 but I mentioned it at my anatomy apt when I was 18+2 and they said it's likely caused by baby kicking or punching on my cervix 😭 it doesn't happen every day but sometimes it really feels like lightening crotch. This morning it happened when I got up to pee and when I laid back down I just wiggled my belly bump like they do at the ultrasound appointments to get baby to move and the pain/pressure went away lol. So I'm thinking it may be the baby pressing on sensitive areas. I didn't have this with my first baby until the 3rd trimester.

In my first I did not get pressure or pain until my third trimester. This time around I got it starting at the end of my first trimester. I mentioned it to the doctor and she told me it’s not very common this early, especially the aching part. I have had two vaginal infections so far in my pregnancy so we aren’t sure if that’s what it’s related from or not.
