It all depends. My husband and I were together less than a month when we decided to TTC. We succeeded our first cycle, married a few months later. We just celebrated our third anniversary. I am as certain today as I was when we decided to TTC that he is the only man for me!

I voted for wait, but it's all up to you. This is a good time to have a baby, but be sure it's him you want to start a family with. If you're not sure but you still love him, you can always do a long engagement! I wish you both the best of luck in whatever decision you make.

My parents knew each other a while before getting together, 3 months down the track they got engaged and I'm not sure how long it was till they got married but I know they've been happily married 25 years  Good Friday this year. Sometimes, you just know. Just because you get engaged doesn't mean you have to get married right away either there's no set time frame. :)

It's up to you guys. I know someone who became engaged only a few weeks after dating and married on their 1 yr anniversary and doing great. Some people just know and feel ready sooner while I know some who date for many years before marriage. As long as you two are ready that's all that matters. Nobody else can really tell you if it's too soon as they don't know how you two feel about each other.

Honestly, I would wait awhile for the actual marriage. I'm nine months into my relationship and we both know that we want to get married,  but if we got engaged so early, I think that it would have been the wrong idea with what we've been through now. I'm definitely keen to idea of the engagement but would hold off for the actual marriage part.
