Need help can I still be pregnant ?

I’m 11 dpo today had some cramps on left side I had a vvfl yesterday unless it was evaporated but it came on the 3 min mark so I’m soooooooo confuse anywho can I still be pregnant one appt says my period is today Premom says 13,,,, Glow 14 and fertility friend 15 so what the hell should I be positive if I was pregnant already ???? Please help any comments will be appreciated

My last pregnancy didn't show up till 16dpo so you're still in until af shows

If you got a faint line you are on track. You could’ve implanted late or ovulated a day or two later. A faint line that gets darker means pregnancy! Wait to test again until at least tomorrow and if it wasn’t an evap then it’ll be darker!!
