37 weeks and 6 days today. Went to my weekly appointment and my blood pressure was high. My obstetrician did my first cervix check ( my cervix is closed). And did a quick check on the baby ( which he is fine )

My blood pressure has been slowly creeping up since I’ve been about 34 weeks or so. But this is the first time it’s been high. He sent me to the case room to get monitored and get some bloodwork and a urine test done. After being there a couple hours my blood pressure did come down very slightly but then they came back with lab results and informed me I do have protein in my urine which is a sign pre eclampsia is starting to form. So they want me to return 8:30 am tomorrow morning to get induced. They highly suggested induction because of the protein mainly. Which is a bit terrifying.. this is my first . Anyone have any advice? And or just encouraging words. I’m a bit nervous I just don’t really know what to expect.
