Omg I'm Weeping! Positive OPK

Ok ladies idk if you guys have been following, but my last period was 3/7/22, had IUI on 3/21/22, expected period on 4/4/22 but it didn't come. Should be happy right? Well I've gotten BFPs ever since. Dr thinks I ovulated later than expected last month. Ran labs, neg PT, low progesterone. Soooo confused. So she said she'd prescribe Provera to induce my period, and we'd continue with the IUI for this month (+Gonal F). I checked opk last night cuz I felt some cramping, it was neg. Super crampy today, so checked again BFP - strong strip and solid smiley. Man, when I saw that smiley I broke down in tears! IDKWTF is going on in there - lol, but I was beyond joyful. Not sure if I should be cuz no AF, but I'm joyful anyway. My miracle is letting me know she's coming soon, and not to give up. I promise I won't! Hallelujah and thank God for His goodness.

Any thoughts on my scenario? Normal cycle

is 28-29 days, 13 day luteal phase. Sooo strange to be on CD37 and nothing! 🤷🏾‍♀️
