Good morning people,

I’m at the point where I’m gonna give up on trying to conceive. I got off birth control December 22 and four month later sitll no luck. I’m trying to figure out if I’m fertile or not because I have positive LH surges before I ovulate and when I ovulate and I have regular periods. I’m pretty sure I do not have PCOS. I’ve had multiple follicles on my right ovary las T month and it may be cleared up but idk. I have sex when I’m supposed to and it’s unprotected always. What is going on? Please help put my mind at ease because I really want to have a kid with my fiancé.
