I had a scan to see if I have pcos last week, it takes ages to get an appointment with my GP so the scanner told me to book an appointment with my GP straight after my scan. The earliest I could get the appointment was in 2 weeks, they said they should have the scans back within a week and if it’s an emergency then rhe dr would call me as soon as he looked at the scans.

I was wondering if PCOS is an emergency? Obviously they are really busy and I don’t want to keep calling but I can’t stop thinking about it. If I have pcos will the dr call me back before my appointment?
