BH contractions anyone else getting them?

I had an ultrasound on Monday with a follow up high risk OB. During my ultrasound the tech and I were talking about some seriously stressful things I am currently dealing with I started to have tightening she felt it but baby still looked great so she ignored it. I went in to see the Dr and the tech had mentioned the contraction to the Dr. he did a check and it was determined it was just a BH contraction we talked about what caused it. Apparently my stress level is way to high and I need to get a therapist to help me resolve the stress 🤷‍♀️. This is my fourth baby I honestly don’t remember having them this early 🤔 but there’s a lot of things different with this pregnancy and outside factors.
