Does working out help with fatigue & nausea?
I'm 12 weeks plus now and I havent feel the greatest. I was just wondering if anyone works out during these times to feel better? Did it help with the fatigue and nausea? My biggest concern is that when I work out I tend to burn 300-400 calories (hiit with weights -i do this regularly before getting pregnant) and being at my nauseous state, I'm not sure if I'm able to consume back the calories. I'm also unintentionally losing weight during first trimester. Lost 2kg and my bmi is underweight. Really need some good advice to make myself feel better.
