Hi ladies I’m after a bit of advice

I’m 34 years of age been trying for a baby for 3 years this year and I’ve started to give up now stopped tracking when I’m ovulating ect and just enjoying sex, I’ve got the drs next week but I’m just wondering if anyone else’s gets like this and if so what could it be,

Since I come off my period last week I’ve had a headache sharp pains down below and today my stomach fells bloated and I fell really sick and I’m moody and tired
