Positive, but nervous

I had an very early miscarriage in January 2022, and I’m worried that this pregnancy will end that way, too. I can’t help but to stress. I had labs Monday (HCG 40, progesterone 18), and I will have them Again on Friday to make sure everything is going well. Any stories (good or bad) would be much appreciated! I hate sitting and waiting. Test today is darker than Sunday though. 🤞❤️ Ovulated March 30– last period start date March 12.
