Can gender ultrasound be wrong at 18weeks?

I had my anatomy scan at 18 weeks, said boy. Now I have to go in at 30 weeks for an ultrasound to check if baby is growing good due to placenta issues. Could my gender have been wrong at 18weeks weeks or so you think I'm good lol

It's very rare for a 'boy' to be a girl, in sonograms, it's a lot easier to miss a 'girl' for being a boy as the penis could be downwards between the legs.
