Can't breathe through my nose
At first I thought it was allergies but now I'm starting to think it's pregnancy rhinitis 😫. I read an article saying you can have it until up to 2 weeks AFTER birth. How am I going to survive another 4 months not being able to breathe when I lay down. Anyone else in the same boat? Any tips? Saline and nose strips are not doing it. Benadryl helps but I also don't want to take that every night...
