4 days till AF

Boobs been hurting, feeling heavy when I sit up. I have a sore throat. A bit of a headache, and I just feel weak by doing little things. I woke up and decided to test. Are these tests accurate? Photos taken after 8 minutes. I’m scared it’s false. Been ttc for 4 years ☹️☹️☹️
