Hello! I just found out i am pregnant, i did 3 urine tests in two days and they were all positive but still i dont feel a thing. I have not saw any changes in my breast, no vomit just a little nausea and feel sleepy. I am almost 5 weeks pregnant and nothing,no physical changes. Monday i am going to do a blood test to confirm and jan 12 i have an ultrasound scheduled. I am so scared this is all an illusion because i've wanted it for so long.. I knew the moment i was late with my period that maybe i was finally prego because my period ia never late. Anyone is going through or went through this like me? Thank you!
