Quick run down.

32 years old, was TTC with ex fiance for 8 years, fertility testing done about 10 years ago, PCOS on my side. He unfortunately was infertile (turned our fortunate for me I guess considering the outcome)

All my tests were good and fertility specialist said had he not been infertile I would have been pregnant.

Its now 10 years later and first month with my partner, I have been on keto on and off for 2 years, last pelvic ultrasound showed no cysts and no sign of cysts (my doctor was surprised as hell) I started getting heavy bleeding after the C19 vaccine and been on vitamins since and have found my cycles are regular again with regular PCOS cramping etc.

Just wanting to reach out, while waiting for a positive OPK. Would yall recommend to see a specialist yet or give it a bit of time trying firstly? I'm just in two minds as specialists are expensive and the times they are available really don't suit my work schedule but can make it work. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, my mother went into early menopause mid 30s so I know there is definitely a time crunch.
