Period after birth with PCOS

I have pcos. Before getting pregnant I had regular periods. I'm now almost 4 months pp. I'm still pumping some breastmilk (3-4x a day) and I know it takes some people completely stopping bf before they get a period. Just curious if you have pcos & gave birth when your periods started back up again (I know every body is different this is just curiosity!)
