I was curious if anyone has missed a period after their HSG. I had an off cycle right before my cycle it was an extra three days - they ran blood work and determined I was not pregnant and could have the HSG performed. I had it done on cycle day 9 and then ovulated normally. I was supposed to get my period on the 12th - tested on the 13th and it was negative. Now a week later and still no period. My period can be irregular but always shows up within a four or five day window.

I'm thinking about testing again but I don't want to get my hopes up as we've been trying for the last three years. So I'm curious if anyone else has experienced a missed period after the HSG was performed.
