Am I close?

I know that it's negative, but I've been testing since CD9 and have yet to get anything with this much color. Does this mean I'm getting close to ovulation? I'm currently on CD16. This is my 6th month ttc, but the first month to use opks. Really just trying to see if I ovulate on my own cause I have only ever had EWCM about a handful of times in my life.
