Nausea,fatigue & heightened sense of smell

Just today I've gotten really bad nausea,I've been exhausted and my mother in law made lunch and I can smell it so well when my husband said he could barely smell it and it's making me sick. I'm 4 DPO. Are those early signs a lot of people see?
