No heartbeat

I am currently pregnant. The first day of my last period was 20th Feb. And my ovulation day 10th March

Today was my first visit and my doctor said she couldn’t hear the heartbeat sound and she said it’s not normal

I have 2 questions:

- how can I calculate the week of pregnancy I am in?

- Is it normal to not hear the heartbeat sound now?

I am confused. ☹️

I had a miscarriage last year and I am not ready for such experience again.

P.S (I took Duphaston for 3 weeks as my doctor requested)

((Update))

I went to the doctor yesterday. She confirmed I’m having a silent miscarriage.

The baby sac is 9 week, the baby size has stopped growing at week 7

So, I’m waiting for the bleeding to come. Do you suggest anything that ease the miscarriage process?
