Best structured baby carrier?

Hey ladies. Im in need of a more structured baby carrier. My son is currently 4 months old and is quite a wild child so he no longer feels secure in his wrap style carriers. I think i have narrowed it down to two but am having troubles deciding. I do like that the lille baby can outward face as we will be going to the zoo and other attractions this summer and he will be able to see better. (i would wait until hes 6 months to outward face) but i also like the bobaX because its a lightweight material and looks more comfy for baby. I am looking for one that feels secure and has some sort of temperature control to it so my son doesnt get too hot. He also has some chunky thighs so i want something thatll be comfortable for his little thighs Has anyone tried these 2? Keep in mind i am a size 16 so it needs to be plus size friendly. I am open to other suggestions as well. These are the 2 im thinking about. We tried the graco 3 in 1 and it was confusing, uncomfortable and made my sons legs purple no matter how we adjusted it.
