Mrs. Meyers’s Cleaning Spray in First Trimester

I’m really worried because I have been spraying my counter tops with Mrs meyers spray daily and today I noticed my skin has irritation. It then got me looking into the ingredients and there are a couple considered toxic. I thought this was a natural cleaner so I haven’t been wearing gloves. I’m almost 8 weeks pregnant and very worried I could have harmed the baby from my exposure. Can anyone pass along any info to ease my mind? (I bought gloves today for cleaning purposes)
