6 1/2 week ultrasound

Hi! Wanting to get opinions/personal stories. This is my 2nd US. The first one was 5 weeks and just the sac. Now there’s a yolk and what appears to be an embryo. My doctor wasn’t 100% on a viable pregnancy. Heartbeat was 90. I’m wondering if anyones was similar and had a successful pregnancy, thanks!! 😊
