Anybody else sad that they won’t be pregnant ever again ?

I just had my second baby but due to a rough pregnancy with my March baby I decided to do a tubal ligation and won’t be having anymore kids but I’m sad I will never experience pregnancy even though the last few weeks where miserable any other mamas feeling the same thing?

Yep. We have 2, a boy and girl. First pregnancy and delivery was a breeze, second was long and achy - still having pelvic pain 1 month pp, still traumatized from labor. I've experienced the entire range of pregnancy/delivery just short of having actual medical conditions (thank God). 
I still cried when we were being discharged from the hospital as it was the last time we'd be bringing home a baby. It's emotional!

Yes! We technically *could* have more but 2 is enough. We can handle them financially and still do other things. We are older (huns just turned 40, I'm 36). I feel that we should just be happy we had 2 healthy little boys! I just liked being pregnant.  I loved having a reason to skip out on networking events at work or eat whatever I wanted. I will miss the feeling of the little baby kicking and just the whole experience. I was lucky to have easy pregnancies with just a couple of very minor inconvenient symptoms. I think I'll always want another baby but It is time for us to just enjoy watching our 2 little boys grow.

I want one more but I know I’ll feel the exact same way when/if that one comes. It’s a weird feeling to know you’ll never be pregnant again

Less about being pregnant because I am super sick for the entire first trimester and the last few weeks I was uncomfortable at the end.  This postpartum was miserable compared to my first and I have hemmoraged twice, the first birth during delivery and this time 8 days later. But I am slightly sad that we wont have the memory or chance of a positive pregnancy test or finding out the gender, the planning of the future with another baby or meeting them for the first time. But I am also sooooo excited to watch my life unfold with my two girls and all the fun they will have together.

I’m sad I won’t get my dream birth but I refuse to be pregnant again to have that birth. I also feel lucky to have had two beautiful births even though they did not go as planned.
