How immediate was conception after IUD removal?

I had Kyleena IUD and had it removed 3 weeks ago. Doctor said period could continue as normal or could change. Trying to get an idea on IUD removal and conception times.

I had the merina IUD and got it taken out the beginning of September. Had one period and got pregnant the end of October
