HCG numbers

Hi ladies! On Tuesday the 12th I went in for my first blood draw and HCG was at a 70. Friday the 15th they did another draw and it was 203. They wanted me to come back in for a third draw and now I’m nervous something is wrong…I never had to do that with my first. Did anyone else have low numbers in their early pregnancy? According to my app I’m 4 weeks and 5 days. Maybe I’m earlier than I thought?
