Need some bottle advice !

My daughter will be 3 months old in a few days.

She takes a dr browns bottle with a level 1 nipple.

She has laryngomalacia, reflux and possible lip tie. We go have it looked at tomorrow but it looks like a stage 4. So my issue here is she takes 50-60 minutes to finish one 4oz bottle. I’ve tried going up in flow but she freaks out. She will stop about every half ounce and scream. She’s on reflux meds and doesn’t spit up anymore. I’m just at a loss because she drinks a bottle every 3 hours besides night time ( she sleeps all night) so by the time we finish a bottle it’s only 2 hours until the next. I’m loosing my mind over all this.
