Brown bleed at 6 weeks

I’m 6 weeks 1 day and spent all night with mild pms like cramps. Woke up this morning praying for a clean underwear and found old liquidy blood on my panty liner. I’m on progesterone so I wear panty liners to sleep. My panty liner was filled with this brown liquid discharge and when I peed more brown liquid came out, not like blood. I wiped and traces of small pieces of brown blood were on the wipe. I feel like it’s kind of subsided since my new pad isn’t stained. At least not yet.

Could I be having yet another miscarriage? Or could it be old blood, subchorionic hemorrhage? I’m going to call my doctor in hopes of getting an ultrasound done but was hoping to hear some positive feedback from any of you ladies that have gone through this.

I’m heartbroken…
