Weaning off Paci and boob

My daughter is 18 months and I know she is past the age of needing to be off her Paci. And I plan to stop breastfeeding at 2 but I don’t know how to stop either one. I’ve tried cutting back on the feedings and going get her snacks when she wants to feed and that works sometimes. And as far of the Paci goes I have no idea how to take that away. She also takes a bottle at night and when she’s not with me (she drink water all day threw a straw cup) and the babysitter has tried to give her milk and a sippy and she won’t drink it. She takes a bottle to go to sleep. So given all that info 😂 does anyone have any advice on how to wean her off Paci, boob, and bottle?
