TWW cycle 18

My fingers and toes are crossed that this is my month. 18 months of trying. About 10 days into my cycle, I went to see my doctor. We did a vaginal ultrasound and she informed me that all of my “junk” looked perfect. No abnormalities. So we took the next steps, on cycle day 22 I went back in to have blood work done to see if I actually ovulated. The results came back that I def did. We also had my husbands sperm count checked which came back normal as well. But since my ovulation day I have been feeling a bit different than all my prior cycles. Breast tenderness, a little nauseous not too bad and moody and today I have noticed I have to pee more. I’m trying not to think about it but I have 4 days till my next AF visit. If I get a visit then the next step is to have an X-ray done to see if I have tubal blockage. Honestly i am so ready to see that BFP!!
