Ever since we conceived, I cannot get down any type of meat without making myself nauseous. What's this all about?
I've never in my life been vegetarian, but this is about the closest I can say I've ever come.
My husband is starting to worry about me not getting enough protein, because nuts just don't have as much as meat. I bought some whey protein to put in smoothies because I know how important it is for Baby Bean to get protein for development.
The thought of meat, whether yummy grilled chicken, a delicious juicy cheeseburger, even scrambled eggs makes me sick! Does anyone else feel this way?
