Should I ask my boyfriend about this???

My boyfriend and i are very loyal to each other, no cheating and our phones are open. I also know all the names of his exes, just to know because im cautious since ive been cheated on in the past. We agreed and he initiated we not follow or be friends with any exes or anyone weve hooked up with, out of respect. 👍

Well, He did date a woman for about 3 months in 2020, a few months before we met, but i never got her name…all i know is that he said she was texting men behind his back/ and still sleeping with her baby dad and he broke up with her and she had 1 or 2 kids. Well, theres this woman on his instagram that he follows and she follows him back. She kind of seems like his type and she has 2 kids… she lives in the same city, and they are the same age. I went thru his instagram DMs and i saw they had recently chatted, but the messages were deleted??? Ik this because i clicked the button to start the message, and it has “recent people” hes chatted with pop up. Also, if i click “Following” on his profile, her username is the second person to pop up. And usually, the top people to come up are the people you interact with the most. My top 5 people are people very close to me, like family, that i DM weekly. I notice he watches her stories above other profiles as well. It will say her story was watched, maybe along with a few others, and then the rest are unwatched.

I dont think hes cheating. Hes very open, and knows how careful i am since weve both been hurt in the past. I dont think he would openly follow someone like this. But idk now.

BUT he never talks about her and why would he delete the messages? Clearly hiding something. Also, they have NO mutual instagram users they are following. So i know shes not his family or a coworker.

Wtf. Should i bring it up to him? I kind of brushed it off, i never have brought it up, but it started bothering me again after i saw that they recently messaged and shes one of his top connections and he has no recorded messages since theve been deleted. That and hes never brought her up to me.

Idk guys, do you think theres something going on? Should i bring it up to him?

And i know i know, if you dont trust your partner why are you with him. But this is the first time ive been hesitant about something. And i have a weird gut feeling about the girl. I like to see the facts before anything so i need to figure out whats going on.

He does treat me like the most beautiful girl and ive checked thru his phone and this was the worst thing ive ever found
