How to kick the caffeine habit?
I’m 14 weeks pregnant & go to Starbucks just about everyday on my way to work and I get a iced cinnamon dolce latte with three pumps of blonde espresso cause for some reason I thought blonde espresso means less caffeine but it’s actually more. After looking up how much caffeine is in my drink of choice (255mg) I looked up how much is safe while pregnant which is only 200mg. I know I can’t backwards so I decided moving forward to just cut out caffeine completely but it is hard and after four days I definitely feel the caffeine withdrawal. Any tips on how to get through it?
