Help, lh surge earlier than normal...?

Hi everyone, so I'm no stranger to using opk Tests however this is my second round trying medicated (clomid) IUI.

I've been testing since cycle day 9, on the 9th day it shows I have a surge but the line isn't darker than the test line, but I also took a clearblue digital which showed a solid empty circle indicating no surge yet. Anyone have this issue before? I'm hoping I didn't randomly ovulate crazy early, it's CD12 and I just got the flashing smiley face on my digital one.
