normal Vaginal PH level is more on the acidic side and it can fade panties don't believe me research it pH balance is a fundamental component of vaginal health. While the vagina's pH changes over the course of a woman's lifetime (see graph for more information), a healthy vagina generally tends towards a more acidic pH, ideally between 4.2 and 5. This results from the presence of lactobacillus, normally occurring bacteria that produce lactic acid. This acidic environment provides a natural barrier against infection and irritation. there you go that came from a medical web site.

I noticed this with my flatmate and we've had the same discussion (when washing each other's clothes) she noticed I don't have the crotch bleaching and admittedly it was the first time I've come across it - being a med student she asked me if I thought there was something up with her vagina but I just put it simply as "All vaginas are different... All vaginas have a different PH, guess it's just something to do with that" and then she chilled :)
