Low laying placenta at 20wks

Hi there. I’m 20wks pregnant and diagnosed with low laying placenta near the cervix by 1cm, has anybody have had this problem in their pregnancy or previous pregnancy wanted some advice as it’s stressing me out, I’m being monitored every month now with a scan to see if my placenta have moved up or else il need an c section which I don’t want.. Advice please
