How to get child to eat meat
My 18month old doesn't like to eat meat but loves fruits and vegetables which I'm happy about that! Although yesterday he had his blood drawn to check for lead and it came back his levels are higher than normal they said to give him foods high in Iron and Calcium and they will recheck him in 6months. How can I get him to eat some meat? We offer it at lunch and dinner and even show him us eating it I'm not sure what else to do.
