There is no visible tooth coming. But can be teething yes.

Teething can go on for months before teeth pop. Those don’t look quite ready!
Get teething toys (Mombella mushroom, teething egg), silicone feeder to put frozen breast milk/ formula or yogurt/fruits if over 6 months, and drool bibs (more to chew on than catch drool 😂)! 
Good luck! You don’t get too many breaks once teething begins! 
My girl popped her first 4-6 with minor fussiness. These next ones have her all miserable! She’s 8 months with 7 teeth and more about to pop. I feel your pain!

Not quite, when they are really ready the front of that gum will turn red, however, that doesn’t mean they aren’t teething like crazy.
