Signs of prelabor and labor for y'all? How soon did labor actually start?

Currently 35w5d and I'm experiencing lightning crotch and the worst prelabor diarrhea [I think] and heartburn for the first time this entire pregnancy 😭

Honestly that all just sounds normal for the third trimester. I wouldn’t assume any of that indicates labor. Watch for contractions that become regular.
