Having a bad case of body dysmorphia today
Today I feel gross and I feel unsexy and fat and I tried looking in the mirror today to tell myself I was beautiful but I could only find the negatives like the cellulite on my thighs, the way my belly hangs like I just had a baby and the rolls on my back and I could go on. I don’t know what to do but if anyone has something they do to boost their confidence please share
