pregnancy scare???

Hi y'all!

So I started having some stomach issues in February, but I wasn't too concerned because I've always had chronic issues. And my periods have been irregular for the past couple of years so missing every once in a while isn't too concerning for me.

I started feeling a bit weird in March which was about a month and a half after my last period, so I took a pregnancy test: negative. I started feeling period cramps about a week later, took another test, negative again. By then, I was extremely paranoid. Of course, I kept looking up pregnancy symptoms and since they are so broad and can be basically anything that I experience on my period, I kept "having" them.

I went to the doctor to get on birth control about 2 weeks after I took my last pregnancy test and they made me take one more before I could get the Depo shot. It was, of course, negative.

Anyways, it's been 7 days since I got the shot and I started my period (?) 6 days ago. I don't usually start off light, but the doctor did say that the shot could affect my flow. It definitely feels like a period, but there's also implantation bleeding sooo IDK. My stomach looks different to me, but I also never paid attention to it until after I started getting thinking about the possibility of pregnancy LMAO

Am I just being paranoid?
