I’ve been with the same employer for almost 15 yrs. I have 401k and PTO and other benefits. The only thing it doesn’t give me is WFH options. I would like to be able to WFH full time. I just got a job offer that would pay more money and be 100% remote. I’m hesitant to take such a big leap and start something new with no seniority and just all the unknowns of starting with a new company , new people. Has anyone been in this situation and took the leaf and it worked out? Or didn’t work out? Thanks for the feedback.
